Parents often fear the mess, the months of being *kinda trained* or the potential of power struggles.
In this free, live webinar, Dr. Amanda Keating and behavioral specialist Laura Matlock will spill the tea on how modern day parents, just like you, are using play to potty train their toddlers.
We'll cover:
Need more? We'll touch on the best options for potty gear, what to do if your child won't poop in the potty, and the use of bribes and treats too!
Dr. Amanda Keating is a clinical psychologist and board certified behavior analyst. Dr. Keating has spent her career working with families, and she is a specialist in child development. Dr. Keating has worked with a variety of children and adults to achieve independent toileting, and in 2016, she began a grant funded potty training program for parents called Toilet Training with Sanity.
Aside from her work as a university professor, she maintains a small private practice. Her most important role, however, is being a mom.
Laura Matlock M.Ed. is a special educator and behavior analyst who spent years working with students with autism and other significant disabilities in toileting independently. She often worked on toileting skills with students whose families had given up hope. When it came to her own children, Laura used the same play-based system to potty train her own children. She potty trained her daughter in 4 hours; her son in 2.5 hours. She's a potty training ninja.
Registration is limited to the first 50 moms and dads.
We hope to see you there!
